When other people treat you badly you need to realise that they have the issue, not you. As soon as you consider this and have a think about what might cause this acting out your anger will soon turn to pity.
Happy people don’t go around tearing other people down, there’s always something causing this. Use empathy over anger and you will quickly find life easier to manage.
