About

The Best You Project was started by Scott back in 2013 as a way to share useful tips that he learned on how to live a happier life and find success. As the years went past and the following grew Scott decided to add some other authors to the team and asked experienced coach and business woman Hazel to join the team in 2016. If you are interested in receiving one to one coaching or even possibly join the team please contact Scott through the contact details on his author page.

We want to lead and inspire people but most importantly we want to help people live happier lives. We want to help people feel happier about themselves, make the most of what they have and set themselves up to build a life they love, not just tolerate. That is the whole reason we do this, to get people focusing on the good things that are all around them instead of the bad. That is a choice, though many don’t realise yet.

Everyone has their troubles and challenges in life, some more than others. A lot of the time though people dwell on their problems and negativity rather than appreciating all the good things they have and maintaining a positive outlook. Most of our blogs are just basic tips on how to appreciate what you have, make you feel happier about yourself, and set yourself up for success.

If this doesn’t sound like anything of interest to you then you must be doing well for yourself and be well on top of your insecurities … we congratulate you on that and thank you for stopping by. For everyone else, thank you very much for taking the time to visit and we hope you find something useful at the Best You Project. If anyone has any questions or constructive feedback we’d love to hear it.

DISCLAIMER – We do not claim to be a qualified doctors, we are just ordinary people with some tips to share learned through life experience, helping others, training courses, coaching qualifications, and the many hours spent reading and researching.

  1. Hey!

I am honored that a fellow writer is following my blog. I don’t know about you, but as a writer I sometimes feel like a castaway on a deserted island. It warms my heart to know that you will be visiting me.

    Have a great day!
    Rita

    1. Hi there, I’m Carmen. I want to say thanks for following me, and I was wondering if you’d be interested in reading and reviewing my historical fiction novel. I would be very appreciative of this, so please let me know. Thanks and I hope to hear back from you.

  3. Hi! Thank you for following my blog. I hope you don’t mind me spending more time on your blog as you have some amazing inspirational writing on here. Looking forward to more of the same!

  4. Thank you for showing interest in what I have to say. Your latest blog “Watch Me” is similar to mine regarding dropping out and then setting out to prove “them” wrong and myself right. I look forward to reading more of your work.

Until next time, Dream Big, Live Well and Be Safe!

  5. Hi
Thanks for following my blog. I’m new on this journey and its great to come across you so early on the way. Good also to know there’s a place sunnier than Wales!

  6. I absolutely love what your blog is about! My mom raised me with a ‘lessons learned through experience and shared experience’ mentality. I try to take as many positive lessons out of things out of life and learn from the experience of others as much as possible because I don’t believe that one can learn (or should learn) everything through first-hand experience. Happiness true starts with contentment. Oh, and thanks for stopping by my blog!
