If you want to calm your mind a little put your phone down and go wander in some real nature.
You won’t find peace in your phone, if your mind is really buzzing or wont settle I really recommend taking an extended break from your phone and other technology.
Go back to basics. Try sitting in silence reading, go a nice long walk in nature, sit outside and gather your thoughts, listen to calming music with your eyes closed, write a journal in a new notebook. These simple things might soothe you.
