Stop Choosing Anger

You don’t need to show up to every battle you’re invited to. Adjust your response and you’ll see all the “reasons” to get angry disappear very quickly.

Try approaching with empathy, like asking yourself why they are acting that way. If that isn’t suitable, try asking yourself if getting annoyed by whatever it is would really be worth giving up your peace for the day.

Instead of going with your immediate response try CHOOSING your reaction. Choose calm over rage, laugh it off and move on with your day.
