One of the biggest life lessons I ever learned was that you must take 100% responsibility for your own life. Sounds obvious to some but many think just being nice and working hard will get you places, it wont. You need to set some big goals and go after them.

Nobody is going to hand you what you want and nobody is going to look after your happiness for you. You are responsible for all of that.

Once you make that realisation you will quickly understand that you need to get your finger out and go after everything you want.

If you don’t realise this yet the chances are that you’ve been drifting through life falling into other people’s plans instead of one’s you set yourself.

That’s no way to live, live your life as the main character instead of being a supporting role in everybody else’s.
