You Never Know

When you’re not feeling particularly confident it’s very easy to think everybody is talking negatively about you but I’m pretty sure there’s somebody out there batting for you even in the hardest times. You’d probably be surprised by who it is that sticks up for you when others are sticking the knife in. There’s a… Read More You Never Know

Perception is Everything

It is not certain events or particular circumstances that knock us down and keep us there, it is our reaction to them. The meaning we give to these events, whether they kick us in the gut or whether we choose to use them as motivation and learn from them, determines how they impact us. If we… Read More Perception is Everything

How to live a Happier Life! (The Realisation)

Some things are just too hard to say!😔🤪😂
If you're worrying about something that might go wrong, you should also consider getting excited that it might actually go right.
Anybody can be nice to your face, it's the ones that also talk nicely about you behind your back that you need to appreciate.
Next time someone takes their bad mood out on you instead of reacting with anger or sadness, try responding with empathy.
Fear can stop us doing so many things but the truth is the only way to get over that hurdle is to finally gamble on your strengths.
From my family to you and yours, I sincerely hope 2021 brings you a whole heap of happiness, good health and amazing times ❤️ Happy New Year when the time comes.
Beautiful winters day here in Scotland today. Hope you are all well, healthy and safe ❤️
If it matters to you, you'll make time for it. If it doesn't matter you won't. Don't kid yourself that you "don't have the time".
Don't waste your time wallowing in hate, anger or frustrations. Don't waste your time dwelling on past mistakes, sad experiences or bad situations. Don't waste your time thinking about others that have treated you badly or that you think are talking about you.
If you're always the one feeding a friendship, making the first call or sending the first text it might serve you well to see if it would still keep going without you instigating.
