Break the Habit!

Talking about our problems and bad experiences in life is our biggest addiction. Everybody wants to rant on about how unlucky they’ve been, the bad experiences they’ve had or how bad things are for them.

It’s time to stop, wake up and break the habit.

You will feel so much better and cheerful if you spend your time instead talking about how fortunate you are, reminiscing about great experiences you’ve had, planning great future experiences and discussing your highlights of each day.

Change your focus and you will change how you view the world!

Life is amazing, you just need to wake up and realise just how fortunate you are!
